১.অর্থ ঋণ আদালত ২০০৩ অনুযায়ী ঋণ পুনরুদ্ধার করার ক্ষেত্রে ঋণগ্রহীতা সীমিত অধিকার সম্পর্কে মামলার রেফারেন্স সহ আলোচনা কর।

২. “একটি চেক ডিজঅনার হলে  এবং লিগ্যাল নোটিশ প্রদানের ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে চেকে উল্লিখিত অর্থ পরিশোধ না করা হলে নেগোশিয়েবল ইন্সট্রুমেন্ট  অ্যাক্ট এর ১৩৮ ধারার অধীনে একটি অপরাধ সংগঠিত হয়” আলোচনা কর।

(“Under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act an offence is committed if a cheque is dishonored and if payment is not made within 15 days after receipt of our legal notice.”- Discuss)

 ৩.বিল অফ এক্সচেঞ্জ এর সংজ্ঞা দাও। একটি  প্রমিজরি নোট এর উপাদান গুলো কি কি? আলোচনা কর।

(Define Bill of Exchange. What are the essentials of a promissory note? Discuss)

৪.মালিকও প্রতিনিধির সংজ্ঞা দাও। প্রতিনিধিত্বের সাধারণ নিয়ম গুলো কি কি?

(Define Agent and Principal. What are the general rules of agency?)

৫.  পার্টনারশিপ এর সংজ্ঞা দাও। একটি পার্টনারশিপের অপরিহার্য উপাদান সমূহ কি কি?  বর্ণনা কর।

( Define partnership? What are the essential elements of a Partnership? Describe.)

৬.অর্থ ঋণ আদালত আইন, ২০১৩ অনেক স্বয়ংসম্পন্ন এবং বাস্তবতার সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ আলোচনা কর।

( Discuss the Artha Rin Adalat Ain, 2013 is quite self-sufficient and harmonious with reality.)

৭.প্রমিসরি নোট বিল অফ এক্সচেঞ্জ এবং চেক এর মধ্যে পার্থক্য কি?  ফোল্ডার এবং হোল্ডার ইন ভিউ  কোর্স কে?নোট , বিল এবং চেকের পক্ষগণের দায় বদ্ধতা আলোচনা কর।

( what are the differences  among promissory note, bill of exchange and cheque? Who is a holder and holder in due course? Discuss the liabilities of the parties to notes, bills and cheques.)

৮. যদি কোন ব্যক্তি কোন কর্তার প্রতিনিধি হিসেবে চুক্তিবদ্ধ হন তবে তিনি ও তার মুখপাত্র- আলোচনা কর।? 

( If a person contacts as an agent for a principal he is only the mouthpiece of the principal. Discuss)

১৪.পার্টনারশিপ ও সহ মালিকানার মধ্যে পার্থক্য কি কি?
