১.ইন্টেলেকচুয়াল প্রপার্টির সংজ্ঞা এবং বৈশিষ্ট্য আলোচনা কর। ইন্টেলেকচুয়াল প্রপার্টি এবং সাধারণত প্রপার্টির মধ্যে পার্থক্য আলোচনা কর।

২. ইন্টেলেকচুয়াল প্রপার্টি আইনের ইতিহাস বর্ণনা কর।  ইন্টেলেকচুয়াল প্রপার্টি আইনের বৈশিষ্ট্য, উদ্দেশ্য এবং ফলাফল আলোচনা কর।

 ৩.পাসিং অফ এবং ইনফ্রঞ্জমেন্ট- এর সংজ্ঞা দাও। পাসিং অফ এবং ইনফ্রঞ্জমেন্ট- এর মধ্যে পার্থক্য উদাহরণসহ আলোচনা কর।

(Define  passing off and infringement. Discuss the differences between passing off and infringement with examples.

৪.’কপিরাইট’ এর সংজ্ঞা দাও। কপিরাইট আইন অনুযায়ী কোন কোন ক্ষেত্রে কপিরাইট লংঘিত হয় এবং কোন কোন কাজ কপিরাইট লঙ্ঘন নয় ? কপিরাইট লঙ্ঘনের জন্য কে এবং তার বিরুদ্ধে মামলা করতে পারে?

(Define Copyright.Discuss the acts which are violation of copyright and the acts which are not violation of copyright? Who can sue and who can be sued for violation of copyright ?)

৫. পেটেন্ট এবং ডিজাইনের সংজ্ঞা আলোচনা কর।  বাংলাদেশ পেটেন্ট রেজিস্ট্রেশন করার জন্য শর্তসমূহ কি কি ? পেটেন্টের জন্য আবেদনের প্রক্রিয়া আলোচনা কর।

( Discuss the definition of patent and design ? What are the conditions for patent registration in Bangladesh? Discuss the process of registration of patent.)

৬.ওয়ার্ল্ড ইন্টেলেকচুয়াল প্রপার্টি অর্গানাইজেশন(WIPO) এর প্রেক্ষাপট, গঠন ও কার্যক্রম আলোচনা কর। ইন্টেলেকচুয়াল প্রপার্টি আইন এবং প্রয়োগকে বিশ্বব্যাপী সুসংহত করতে WIPO এর ভূমিকা এবং সফলতা আলোচনা কর।

(Discuss the background, formation and activities of World Intellectual Property organization (WIPO).Discuss the role and successes of WIPO in synchronizing and enforcement of intellectual property law.)

৭.কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা ভিত্তিক সফটওয়্যার বা প্রোগ্রাম মেশিন যদি এমন কোন কাজ করে বা পণ্য উৎপাদন করে, যে কাজ বা পণ্য উৎপাদন মানুষ করত তবে ইন্টেলেকচুয়াল প্রপার্টি আইনের অধীনে সুরক্ষা পেত, তবে উক্ত কাজ বা পণ্যের জন্য কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তা কি ইন্টেলেকচুয়াল প্রপার্টি আইনের অধীন সুরক্ষা পাবে? আলোচনা কর।

(If a programme or software which is artificial intelligence based does anything or manufactures any products, which if a person would do he would get protection under intellectual property law, then does the artificial intelligence get protection under intellectual property law? Discuss.)

৮. ভৌগোলিক নির্দেশক (জি আই) বলতে কি বোঝ? বাংলাদেশের ভৌগোলিক নির্দেশক পণ্যের সুরক্ষার আইন সম্পর্কে আলোচনা কর।
