১.আইনজীবী হওয়ার পূর্বশর্ত কি কি? একজন আইনজীবীর মক্কেলের প্রতি দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্যসমূহ বর্ণনা কর। একজন আইনজীবীর সমাজের প্রতি দায়িত্ব কি কি?   

(What are the prerequisites of being an advocate? Describe the responsibilities and duties of an advocate towards clients. What are the responsibilities of  an advocate towards society? )

২. একজন আইনজীবীকে  বিজ্ঞ বলা হয় কেন? একজন আইনজীবীকে সর্বদা কেন আদালতের প্রতি শ্রদ্ধাশীল হতে হয়? আইনজীবীর আদালতের প্রতি দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্যসমূহ আলোচনা কর।

(Why is an advocate called as   learned ? Why should an advocate be always respectful towards the court?  Discuss the responsibilities and duties of an advocate towards Courts)

৩. বার কাউন্সিল কি? বার কাউন্সিল গঠন আলোচনা কর। বার কাউন্সিল কিভাবে আইনজীবীগণকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে? বর্ণনা কর।

(What is the bar council? Discuss the structure of the Bar  council. How does the bar council control the advocates? Describe.)

৪.ড্রাফটিং এর সংজ্ঞা দাও। ড্রাফটিং এবং কনভিয়েন্সিং এর মধ্যে পার্থক্য নির্ণয় ক।  লিগ্যাল ড্রাফটিং এর তাৎপর্য আলোচনা কর।

(Define ‘Drafting’. Distinguish between drafting and conveyancing. Discuss the significance of legal drafting.)

৫. আইনগত নোটিশের  উপাদানসমূহ কি ?  বিভিন্ন প্রকার নোটিশ আলোচনা কর।  ‘ক’- কে ‘খ’ এর নিকট  থেকে ধারকৃত ১০ লক্ষ টাকার অগ্রিম পরিশোধের জন্য আইনগত নোটিশ প্রস্তুত কর।

(What are the requirements of legal notice? Discuss different categories of notice. Draft legal notice to be served to ‘A’ for early payment of ‘B’ 10 lac Taka loan money that ‘A’ took from ‘B’.)

৬.আর্জির উপাদানগুলো কি কি? একটি দেওয়ানী মোকদ্দমার আরজি মুসাবিদা কর।

(What are the particulars of a plaint? Draft a plaint of  a civil suit.)

৭.’পেশাগত আচরণ’ এবং ‘নিয়মানুবর্তিতা’ এর সংজ্ঞা দাও । বার কাউন্সিল অধ্যাদেশ,১৯৭২ অনুযায়ী একজন আইনজীবীর অসদাচরণের বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগের আর্জি মুসাবিদা কর।

(Define ‘Professional Conduct’ and ‘Etiquette’. Draft in complaint petition against an advocate committing professional misconduct in accordance to the Bar Council Order 1972.)

৮. রিট কি?  একটি রিটের মুসাবিদা কর।

What is writ ? Draft a  writ petition.
